Vertical connection was amazing from my first contact until the carpet installers wrapped up a fantastic job, sweeping up behind them. My experience started with a friendly conversation by the owner Tim Hughes and quickly followed up with a consultation with Stephen Harrell in my home. We made an appointment for 12:00 and he was literally knocking on my door at exactly 12:00. This made a huge difference for me as I have a busy work schedule, even though I was working from home. He came prepared to measure, give me quotes and with very nice samples that helped me select the right kind and price point for my home. That made it easy to make a selection on the spot. Quickly after that, they scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule along with very good instructions that helped me know what to expect. I again had a tight schedule on the day of installation. The carpet installers came at the ***exact*** time that we had agreed upon. They worked diligently. They were kind and polite and got the job done quickly. The end result was wonderful. The sample Stephen had showed me was as promised. I didn't realize how much this carpet would transform the look of my home. And it is so soft, that my favorite pastime is walking barefoot around the house : ) Thank you to the whole team.
