Towards the end of last year we had a water leak that impacted some of our floors, walls and ceilings. Ughh. Luckily insurance came through but then the task of getting everything back in good shape. In steps Vertical Connection - and especially Joan Wilkinson, the sales consultant I worked with. What a wonderful experience! With the help of Joan and Vertical Connections I felt less daunted at the task ahead. Joan listened to what was important to me and helped with selections that fit my aesthetic and budget. She also had good recommendations when it came to painting. She has been my angel in getting through all the decisions that had to be made. The flooring team was efficient, professional and courteous, able to do both the kitchen luxury vinyl and the living/dining room carpeting in one day! When one has pets, less disruption is important! I continue to work with Joan on other items that we are updating. I appreciate that Vertical Connections has such a wide variety of flooring and window treatments, and they stand behind their work. This is an excellent company, with amazing staff, that I highly recommend to others.
