I'm in the unique position to be able to work with the Vertical Connection in both a professional & personal capacity. I've had 3 clients choose TVC to put in LVP in their whole first floor. It was always easy to coordinate jobs with them in order to create a seamless calendar & installation schedule for our clients. He came to our house; once with a ton of samples we could look at, and a second time to confirm all the measurements before ordering. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions. Vicki was very helpful in scheduling, as well as giving us a heads up what to expect, what we need to do, and how to care for our new floors. The installation crew showed up right on time, were very polite, and got the whole job done in less than 6 hours. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and I can't recommend TVC enough!
