Buying and getting new carpeting installed was a breeze! Having just had multiple problems working with other contractors on our remodeling projects, we appreciated the terrific level of service we received from the team at Vertical Connections of Columbia. Tim provided information that made it easy to decide which carpeting and padding to choose from and Steve stepped in to finalize our order. Vicki ensured the installers could come out on a day that met our schedule. And last, but certainly not least, the carpet installers came on time and were respectful of our property and our home. They did a really good job of preparing the floors and then installing the carpeting such that we can't tell where they had to seam it, which Steve promised would be the case. The installers returned the furniture to the rooms, vacuumed the carpeting, and cleaned up after themselves. Then, we got to just enjoy the look and plushness of the new carpeting and padding. What an outstanding experience this was! I highly recommend this team and look forward to working with them soon on another project. Team Vertical Connection, thanks for making this an affordable purchase and uncomplicated experience. We really appreciate it.
