Service was great from start to finish. They offer floor coverings, window coverings as well as kitchen counter updates it appears. I want to especially recognize our salesman, Michael Kaplan who was extremely respectful & responsive. Next is Shaun who came out to measure for our flooring replacement. He was very friendly, superb personality, quick & connected w/ my husband regarding football. Our two installers Tae & Tae So were prompt, efficient & cleaned up all messes by vacuuming. I even took a broom afterwards & nothing. They got everything. They even moved our heavy furniture back which would have been a challenge for us. They knocked it out in about 15 minutes.They came in & got the job done in just about three hours. Kudos! Lastly was the administrative side who sent over any paperwork as requested. I would certainly recommend Vertical One Connection to address your home needs. The cost of our job was also quite reasonable we thought. Prior to going to them for a quote, as they were a referral, we had a couple other quotes to consider. They were all pretty close, but due to our overall experience w/ Michael, we opted for them to service us & I'm pleased that we did. We are considering another project as well & their pricing is in line w/ other quotes I had received (all prior to the referral). If I were to choose where to have the job done at that cost, it would certainly be through Vertical One due to their top notch professionalism. They even follow up with you to ensure the job was done to your satisfaction via phone call & a unexpected surprise sweet treat in the mail. Very personable service that goes above & beyond which unfortunately is not as common anymore. Thank you Michael & Staff for exceptional service. We appreciate all of you!
